We couldn't have selected a better location than Northeastern Louisiana to bring our long-term vision for sweet potatoes to life. Not only is the state of Louisiana known for its high-quality sweet potatoes, it offers a great business climate and a skilled workforce.
We look forward to working side-by-side with Louisiana citizens, growers, LSU AgCenter sweet potato experts and researchers, and the Louisiana Sweet Potato Commission, among others—to build and operate a truly state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly, processing facility, uniquely able to process sweet potatoes.
