- Automated micro ingredient dosing (pre-weighing) system
- Computer managed dosing and mixing system
- Standard packaging capabilities include super sacks (up to 2,000 pounds each),
multiwall bags (25 to 50 pounds) and bag in a box (15 to 50 pounds) - Small bag and box packaging capabilities available
Our expanded portfolio includes:
- Seasoned and non-seasoned potato coatings
- A full line of chicken breading and marinades
- Coating systems for further processed appetizers, poultry and fish processors
- Coating/enrobing systems developed for dough enrobed sweet and savory hand held sandwich production facilities
- Bakery mixes, such as apple crisp topping, chocolate and graham cracker pie crust mixes
