Balsamic and Bleu Cheese Chips



  • 4 oz. fresh cooked House Cuts® Chips (item #30H), hot
  • 1/3 cup balsamic glaze, recipe below
  • 1/4 cup favorite variety of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 7 Tbsp sliced green onion 
Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce


Balsamic Glaze:  Place ingredients into small saucepan.  Stir to combine.  Bring to boil and reduce to slow simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until thick and syrupy.  Remove from heat and let cool. Place hot chips on serving plate.  Top with bleu cheese crumbles and sliced green onions.  Drizzle with balsamic glaze.  Serve.
