Mini Zucchini Caprese Chips

LW Private Reserve® Yukon Chips Skin-On (H3030)

3 Tbsp. rustic marinara sauce

3 each grilled bocconcini fresh mozzarella ball

3 tsp. balsamic vinegar

3 tsp. basil chiffonade

  1. Prepare breaded oval zucchini slices according to package directions. 
  2. Place three crispy ovals of zucchini on a plate. 
  3. Top each slice with one tablespoon of marinara. 
  4. Place one grilled bocconcini fresh mozzarella ball on top of marinara. 
  5. Garnish each zucchini with basil chiffonade and drizzle balsamic vinegar on plate.
