Pineapple & Corn Salsa

1 cup prepared salsa

1/2 cup Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes

1/2 cup fresh cooked corn kernels or frozen corn, thawed

3 tsp. finely diced fresh jalapeño peppers

3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro

Pinch of salt

Pinch of ground cumin

1/4 cup fresh pineapple

  1. Mix all ingredients, except pineapple. 
  2. When ingredients are thoroughly combined, fold in diced pineapple. 
  3. Serve chilled..

2 1/4 cups
