Caesar Salad Style Loaded Fries


17.6 oz (500 g)  LW Private Reserve® Wedge Cut Potatoes (32R)

1-2 leaves romaine lettuce

2 slices bacon

2 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 boiled egg, cut into wedges

Caesar dressing to taste

Parmesan cheese to taste


  1. Tear romaine lettuce into pieces. 
  2. Fry bacon until crispy and cut into bite-sized pieces. 
  3. Place french fries and romaine lettuce on a plate, top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and boiled egg, and pour Caesar dressing on top. 
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
