Our passion for potatoes spans globally. With 27 processing plants, we're able to provide potato products in over 100 countries. Most potatoes that are grown and made into your fries get their start in the great Pacific Northwest, including Idaho, Washington and Oregon. We like to think of this as one of the greatest places on earth to grow potatoes. It features rich, easy-draining volcanic soil, sustainably irrigated by the clear, cool waters of the Columbia and Snake Rivers. Together with a sunny day/cool night climate and longer growing season, you simply won’t find an area better suited for producing potatoes, or better people to do it.
