Deep Fry

Time : 5-6 minutes

Temperature : 175-180°C

Additional Instructions : Pre-heated oil at 175-180°C. Cook for 5 to 5.5 minutes until golden in colour. Drain on absorbent paper before serving Do not refreeze once thawed.

Conventional Oven

Time : At 15 minutes, turn and continue 8-10 minutes

Temperature : 230°C

Additional Instructions : Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C. Spread Hash Browns in a single layer on the tray. Bake in oven for 15 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 8-10 minutes or until product is golden in colour and fully cooked inside.

Convection Oven

Time : At 15 minutes, turn and continue 8-10 minutes

Temperature : 210°C

Additional Instructions : Preheat oven and oven tray to 210°C. Spread Hash Browns in a single layer on the tray. Bake in oven for 15 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 8-10 minutes or until product is golden in colour and fully cooked inside.

Do not drop. Fragile. Perishable, keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Once the product is defrosted, do not refreeze.
