Concertina Crinkle fries loaded with creamy alfredo and melted cheese

½ cup Alfredo
1 cup Mozzerella
½ cup Italian cheese blend
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
8 oz Lamb Weston Crispy on Delivery™ 1/2” Concertinas™ Fries (LW202)
1 tsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
- Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Combine prepared Alfredo, cheeses and seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
- Place on a well-greased quarter sheet tray.
- Bake at 400 for 4-6 minutes till melted and browned to liking.
- Plate fries and pour tray of melted cheese over the top.
- Garnish with parsley.
