Sweet Potato S'mores

Crispy sweet potato puffs topped with toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs 

Ingredients

4 oz Lamb Weston® Sweet Potatoes Mini Tater Puffs™ (L0094)

½ cup Marshmallow fluff 

1.5 oz Chocolate sauce 

1 tbsp Graham crackers, crushed 

Directions

  1. Cook sweet potatoes to manufacturer’s specifications.
  2. Place in desired serving dish. 
  3. Top with marshmallow fluff and toast with a hand torch until desired browning is achieved. 
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with crushed crackers.
