2 cups mayo
½ tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp Japanese curry paste
5 oz Lamb Weston Colossal Crisp™ fries
Pinch MSG
Directions
- Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications. Toss with MSG
- Whisk together curry paste, mayo and garlic.
- Plate fries as desired and drizzle with sauce or serve as a dip.
