2 oz Mexican Crema
1 oz Micro Cilantro
3 oz Mole Sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed
Directions
- Cook Fries to manufacturer’s instructions
- Warm mole sauce over medium heat until it starts to bubble, constantly stirring.
- Pour mole sauce over fries, followed directly behind with the crema.
- Top the fries with the micro cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve while hot.
