946 mL mayo
59 mL yuzu juice
473 mL grated beets
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Grate raw beets and add them to blender.
- Blend in mayo and yuzu.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Strain and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® 1/2” Concertinas® (S0017).
