1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 bundle cilantro
1 bundle parsley
1 red bell pepper, seeded and pitch removed
2 green onions, trimmed
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. butter
4-6 ea. eggs, poached
