3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

2 oz. bacon, large diced

0.25 scallions, chopped

2 oz. sour cream

Directions

Prep station with toppings before service.
Prepare Lamb Supreme® Tater Puffs® Seashore-Style® (A0035) according to manufacturer’s directions for each order.
To plate, start with Seashore Puffs, then top with cheese, bacon and scallions.
