12 oz. roasted red peppers
4-5 ea. plum tomatoes
1 cup raw almonds
½ cup parsley, fresh
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt (more to taste)
2 ea garlic
1 oz. lemon juice
Romesco Aioli
24 ea. egg yolks
12 ea. garlic
2 tsp. red chili flakes
1 1/3 cup slivered almonds
16 ea. red peppers, quartered, seeded, charred and skin removed
1 ea. juice of a lemon
Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 cup bacon fat
