1. Prepare the Stealth Fries® Potato Dippers® to manufacturer’s directions.
2. Sauté shrimp and andouille sausage with bell peppers and onion. Drain excess oil and set aside shrimp and sausage.
3. Add cheese sauce and cream cheese to the pan and blend.
4. Place in bowl and plate potato dippers.
5. Place shrimp and sausage on bowl of dip.
6. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
7. Add a pinch of Cajun seasoning
