French Dip Fries

Ingredients

2.5 oz. Lamb Weston® 1/2" Crinkle Cut (02021)

0.6 oz. au jus powder mix

1-1/4 cup water

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

Au Jus
  1. In a small sauce pan, over medium-low heat, mix all au jus ingredients together.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Reduce by a third and turn off heat.

Assemble French Dip Fries Plate:

  1. Prepare Lamb Weston® 1/2" Crinkle Cut according to package directions.
  2. Wrap one piece of thin sliced tenderloin around two fries and place on a heated plate.
  3. Duplicate step 2 until the plate is full.
  4. Serve alongside a ramekin of au ju.
