1 cup mayo
3 Tbsp. India Pale Ale beer
2 small cloves, grated
1 tsp. lime zest
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
Directions
- Blend and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Let chill in fridge for 10 minutes and serve with Lamb Weston® Supreme Twister® Fries (C0077).
