Oktoberfest Potato Wedges

Oktoberfest seasoned potato wedges topped with bratwurst, beer cheese sauce, fried sauerkraut, and parsley

8 oz Lamb Weston® Seasoned Potato Wedges (Item A40)

½ Tbsp Oktoberfest style seasoning

4 oz. Bratwurst or beer bratwurst, crumbled and fully cooked

4 oz Beer Cheese Sauce                        

Fried Sauerkraut, garnish 

Parsley, garnish 

  1. Fry Lamb Weston® Seasoned Potato Wedges in accordance with manufacturer’s directions. Remove from fryer, place into a bowl, and toss with Oktoberfest seasoning.
  2. Plate and top with beer cheese sauce and bratwurst.
  3. Top with fried sauerkraut and garnish with parsley.
