Peanut Butter Sweet Potato Cubes

Ingredients

8 oz. Sweet Things® CrispyCubes® (L0099)

 

1.5 oz. Peanut Butter Sauce

1/2 cup milk

1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice

1/4 cup peanut butter 

 

1.5 oz. Nutella®-Honey Sauce

1/4 cup Nutella®

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. honey 

 

3 oz. Tart Raspberry Sauce 

1 cup frozen red raspberries

1 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Peanut Butter Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine the milk and pumpkin spice. 
  2. Once the milk is hot, whisk in the peanut butter and combine. 
  3. Cook for another three minutes.

Nutella®-Honey Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine the milk and the Nutella. 
  2. Once the milk is hot, whisk in the honey and combine.  
  3. Cook for another five minutes.

Tart Raspberry Sauce 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Place in a small saucepan and warm until bubbling. 

Plate Assembly

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425° F.  
  2. Roast Sweet Things CrispyCubes for 20-25 minutes and set aside.
  3. Serve Sweet® Things CrispyCubes® tossed with choice of Peanut Butter or Nutella Honey Sauce and drizzled with Tart Raspberry Sauce.
