Chicago-Style Fried Pickle Dog

Serve with all of Chicago's favorite toppings:  yellow mustard, sport peppers, neon relish, diced onions and tomatoes!


1 ea. Lamb Weston® Breaded Dill Pickle Spear (30487)

1 ea. all beef hot dog

1 ea. toasted poppy seed hot dog bun

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1 ea. sport peppers (for garnish)

1 Tbsp. neon relish

1 Tbsp. onions, diced

1 Tbsp. tomato, diced


  1. Prepare breaded pickle spear according to directions on package.
  2. Grill hot dog, split down the middle and place in a toasted poppy seed bun with mustard. 
  3. Place a hot and crispy pickle inside of hot dog.
