6 oz Lamb Weston® Crispy on Delivery Fries 5/16 Thin Regular Cut Skin-On (LW206)
2 oz Provolone cheese
4 oz Chorizo
Fresh chopped Parsley
Directions
- Grill Chorizo then slice to desired size and set aside.
- Cut provolone into small cubes.
- Cook fries to manufacturer’s directions then transfer onto cast iron skillet and top with chorizo and provolone cheese.
- Place skillet in broiler to melt cheese.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
