Made with crispy Lamb Weston Fridge Friendly Cook & Serve™ Tater Puffs™, smoky bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and a coating of brown sugar, each bite bakes up golden, crunchy, and irresistibly delicious.

1 lb Lamb Weston Fridge Friendly Cook & Serve™ Tater Puffs™ (RE002)
8 oz Bacon, cut in half
4 oz Cheddar cheese, block
1 cup Brown sugar
Directions
- Wrap each puff in half of a slice of bacon, placing a small piece of cheddar cheese under the bacon. Gently roll the bacon wrapped puffs in brown sugar and place on TurboChef baking sheet.
- Using a TurboChef BULLET™ Encore 2, bake for 3 minutes at 475°F, 100% airflow, 60% microwave. (Note- quick cook oven times and temperatures may vary).
- Serve.
