Choco Chip Crispies

A crispy chip marshmallow treat drizzled with chocolate.

Ingredients

1 pound Lamb Weston® Private Reserve™ Lattice Chips Skin-On (H3031) Simple Recipe

4 oz marshmallow

2 Tbsp Butter

4 oz Chocolate

1 Tbsp Mexican Chocolate Powder

Directions

  1. Cook chips to manufacturers specifications. 
  2. Using half of the butter, grease a small casserole dish. 
  3. In a microwave, melt the chocolate using 10 second increments. 
  4. Place the marshmallows and the other half of the butter into a saucepan and melt over medium heat, stirring frequently. 
  5. Once melted fold in the crispy chips and the Mexican chocolate powder. 
  6. Place into the greased casserole dish and drizzle with the melted chocolate and let cool. 
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy.
