Japanese curry aioli and fries

Extra crispy Lamb Weston Colossal Crisp™ fries tossed in MSG and served with curried mayo  

Ingredients

2 cups mayo 

½  tbsp garlic, minced 

1 tbsp Japanese curry paste

5 oz Lamb Weston Colossal Crisp™ fries 

Pinch MSG 

Directions

  1. Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications. Toss with MSG 
  2. Whisk together curry paste, mayo and garlic.
  3. Plate fries as desired and drizzle with sauce or serve as a dip.
