12 oz. Lamb's Supreme® Plain Mashed Frozen Potatoes (Item M15)
1 egg, fried
3 oz. ground beef, burger patty cooked to liking
2 oz. sautéed onion
2 oz. gravy sauce
2 tbsp. chives, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. furikake seasoning
Directions
1. Prepare the 12 oz. Lamb's Supreme® Plain Mashed Frozen Potatoes to manufacturer directions.
2. Plate Mashed, add egg and burger patty.
3. Drizzle over with gravy sauce, add sauteed onion.
4. Top with green onion and furikake seasoning.
