Queso Pico Dip
Lamb Weston® Mini Waffle Hash Browns (FC005) are perfect for dipping! Toss them in taco seasoning and serve with a side of Queso Pico Dip made of nacho cheese, ground beef, Pico de Gallo, and green onions.

• 6-8 each Lamb Weston® Mini Waffled Hash Browns
• Taco seasoning, as needed
• 1 tbsp. green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup Fiesta Queso
• 2 cups white queso
• 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
• 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
Directions
• Heat white queso and stir in ground beef crumbles and Pico de Gallo, stirring until combined. Hold hot.
• Heat Lamb Weston® Mini Waffled Hash Browns according to package instructions and toss in taco seasoning.
• Plate the seasoned Lamb Weston® Mini Waffled Hash Browns with a cup of fiesta queso (1/4 cup) and garnish with green onions.
