6 oz. Lamb Weston® Sweet Potatoes Mini Tater Puffs® (L0094)
1 oz. maple syrup
1 oz. chili crisp, store bought
2 green onions, shaved
2 tbsp. crushed peanuts
Directions
- Cook sweet potato puffs to manufacturer’s directions
- Toss in maple syrup and chili crisp – adjust sauce amount as needed
- Plate and garnish with shaved green onions and crushed peanuts
